I emigrated a couple of years ago. I bet this 'voter drain' is going to affect other states as well in the coming years - I myself keep exhorting everyone I know to do their best to emigrate, there is nothing left for an educated taxpayer there. Better be in a country where you get something in return for the taxes you pay, least of all good climate, rule of law and respect for orderliness.

Totally agree. The answer to the question of "When did the Nazis lose WW2?" is, September 01 1939. At the end of the day it came purely down to the numbers, and Nazi Germany simply did not have enough people to counter the numbers of the allies. They were simply stretched too thin. They could either produce ships/U-boots (for the Atlantic) or rockets (for anywhere) or planes (for Europe) or tanks (for USSR) but not all of them together. Contrary to popular belief the Reich was not very rich as well and ran out of money to mass-produce their what could actually be considered superior armaments. And actually they were fighting a three-front war. The East, Western Europe and the Atlantic. The Kriegsmarine was a joke and was literally drowned by the Royal Navy. This meant literally unlimited supplies for USSR to feed their literally unlimited manpower. Well, even without Barbarossa, it was impossible for Nazi Germany to dominate the world by any stretch of imagination. Even if Hitler opted for Sealion instead the results would've been the same. Let us not forget that Nazis wiped out or alienated a massive force of their own people and those of the occupied regions who would've fought for them. In the end imperious grandeur of delusion based on the belief in the "correctness" of their ideology of eugenic racism "We deserve to and we will win because we are the superior race" that flowed from their deranged fuhrer, did the Nazis in. Corporal with oratory skills, indeed.

Of course, the history of the TMITHC universe is different. The timelines split in 1936 when the assassination attempt on Roosewelt didn't fail. There was hence no new deal and America remained stuck in the depression which actually got worse and then completely went south as the war started. America remained heavily isolationist and had a very strong Nazi movement that sabotaged the US' war efforts. But even then it is hard to believe that Nazi Germany could overcome Britain and Stalin.

If you actually look at Hitler's bungling throughout since his troops marched into the Sudetenland, there was no way a Nazi victory was going to happen. And that is before his idiocy in turning against Stalin despite the warnings of his generals that they didn't have the resources to fight a 2 front war. I admire the scientific prowess of the Reich, they had excellent technology and NASA itself was built thanks to von Braun and his team being taken to the US under Operation Paperclip - but they were thankfully led by a complete imbecile with no clue of military strategy and an arrogant sense of his own importance.

At the end of the day he was just a damn corporal with oratory skills.

The problem is that all the e services inherently end up in a person to person interaction and those sites are not intuitive and nothing is explained in an understandable manner. They are all just abrupt instances and nothing more. My experience was about 5 years ago and hope it has become better.

I have had an even horrible experience. I returned to my homeland India after spending nearly 11 years in west in biotech research field. I am an educated muslim with my dad and grandfather having served and retired from the Indian army as officers. I owned a firearm in the west and brought it to India and deposited it with the customs and went to apply for a permit. I had to pay chalaan and when I went through this crappy e chalaan system, there was no form available for this purpose although I was instructed by the police to do that. I finally went to the e chalaan e seva kendra and asked for a form and she asked me why. I said I am applying for a firearms permit and I was instructed to pay a chalaan for the same and bring the receipt to the station. She said they dont do that and she asked me why I need a fire arms permit. I explained to her my predicament and than she called another senior officer. He said they cannot help me with that chaalan. WHen I was trying to tell them why I need it, they called the cops and stated that I had a gun. The cops from the local police station under which that shitty office jurisdiction is, they actually put me in their vehicle and took me to the police station. I explained what it was and the SI very blatantly told me that me with my name should not even think about applying for a gun permit and that I may get into more trouble. I was not scared of those shit heads but did not want to argue with uneducated low life scum. I just decided to spend a few more years outside India and took my firearm back all the way to the west.
